300-Hour Rasa Yoga Teacher Training
Rasa yoga is dedicated to the alchemy of yoga and the artistry of life. It is a soulful fusion of asana, mantra, mudra, myth, pranayama, meditation, tantric yoga philosophy, yoga ritual, functional anatomy, shadow-tracking, emotional intelligence, and soul alchemy. Rasa means: “juicy, nectar, taste, feeling, and emotive essence” and it is the juice that is distilled and squeezed out of the practices, and the essence of that juice is LOVE itself.
